I own several of these row covers in all the different styles. They are invaluable all throughout the growing season. Iím in the northeast USA. The plastic allows early in-ground seed starting, the others work great for pest control and and shading during the scorching July weather. They are made very well, some Iíve had for 5+ seasons and are as good as new. The hoops have a long end that secures into the ground and Iíve never had them blow away during reasonably high winds. Highly recommend!

Super easy to pop up put in the ground and then pop out and put away. My only complaint is in the daytime if the weather gets too hot you need to go out and take the whole thing off your plants and then carefully put it back on when it cools down. The plastic doesnt have extra hangoff so air will still get thru.

If youíre a garden lover, you know that the threat of frost or severe weather can really leave you panicking. These covers are so quick and easy to use! Best of all, they fold flat when youíre not using them. We had an extended period of cold heavy rain right after planting this spring, and I popped these over my rows and left them be for a few days until it was over. The plants thrived underneath and I didnít lose a single plant!

This product is extremely easy to install. You just lay it down in the right place, push the thin metal rods in to the ground and you are done. I love it. This is my second time ordering. I wish it came in other sizes to fit my raised beds better. I made the hoops a bit smaller by squeezing them to a tighter shape. That made two of these fit side by side in one raised bed. But a wider version would be great.

A nice bonus; you don't have to water as often, as the plastic minimizes evaporation.
